Amaya Aramini, a junior at Bishop Manogue High in Nevada, placed second in the girls varsity small school race at the 43rd ASICS Clovis Invitational by covering the 5-kilometer course in 18:16.2 at Woodward Park in Fresno, Calif. Bishop Manogue placed fourth overall with 169 points.
